How to issue a refund & return?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means: If there’s something wrong with the you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 30-day to issue a refund and return your order.
If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

The product has to be in the packaging we sent in the first place.

The product has to be damage free, if we find any damage on the product we will cancel your refund immediately.
To start a return, please email us at service@aungcrowngreen.com and describe your order with the following content:
- Order number
- Delivery date
- Situation of the product
- How it is used
Once approved, we will send you an instruction for you to return the product to an address in your country. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit card company to process your credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@aungcrowngreen.com.
Shipping cost
If the refund is caused by customers' personal reasons, customers will pay for shipping fees.
If the refund is caused by our product problems, we will pay the shipping fees.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that we are not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Gift cards.
- Orders received over 90 days.
- Other issues that caused by customer side.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
